By accessing or using the PDFSafer Enterprise service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. PDFSafer provides an enterprise-grade document security and Digital Rights Management (DRM) viewer. The Software is designed to securely open and read encrypted digital assets while strictly enforcing local access control and usage restrictions.

3. Software Licensing & Restrictions

Use of the PDFSafer Viewer to open enterprise-protected documents requires proper authorization from the document issuer. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent any DRM restrictions, screen capture preventions, or access controls built into the Software.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDFSafer Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
